2001-2002	CTP Graphics, Mudgee ·   New Accounts and Customer Service. (booking new jobs, creation of original art and design, editing and creating copy for newsletters, brochures, labels, etc. Some work with the computer graphics programs (Quark Express, Photoshop, Illustrator).
1998	Organized Gourmet Paint Escapesf or artists interested in wine, food, and painting. Artists stayed at Mudgee’s finest Bed and Breakfasts, meals catered by French Chef, Didier Trehet, while painting on location with Australia’s best known tutors. Local winemakers attended evening meals and trips to local wineries were organized to learn age-old winemaking techniques, such as disgorging sparkling wine.
1997-1998	Mansur & Currie Food & Wine Business, partner ·   Education, promotion and developmentwith partner, Kim Currie. ·   Planning, development, and implementation of cooking classes delivered at local wineries and restaurants and REGIONAL CLASS - the first Master Classes in Mudgee for food and wine preparation, presentation, and appreciation using regional produce and local wines. ·   Planning and production of promotional materials, liaison with media, press releases, obtaining sponsorship, etc. Regional Class was critically acclaimed by journalists from Vogue Entertaining & Travel, Country Style, Gourmet Traveler, Cuisine, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian Grape Grower & Winemaker and others.

EXPERIENCE	·   Since 1987, devoted time to being a mother, helper to my husband with our 2500 acre cotton property 72 kms west of Moree and  our 200 acre vineyard in Mudgee. The remainder of time has been spent studying and pursuing my Fine Arts career.
	·   Over ten major exhibitions in Mudgee, Moree, Orange, Bathurst and Tamworth, as well as participated in many minor exhibitions, selling more than 350 paintings in sales and commissioned work.
	Member Mudgee Arts Council, former Committee member & President- Visual Arts, former ArtsOutWest Board Member, former member steering committee ADFAS (Australian Decorative & Fine Arts Society), former member Mudgee Cultural Plan committee.
	·  Commissioned by Rosemount Estates Winery to produce limited edition prints.
	·  Commissioned family portraits for members of the community, including the CEO of OPTUS Communications, Australia.
	·  Invited to be first artist to design a wine label for “MUDGEE GOLD”, original painting donated and auctioned for charity by Mudgee Wine Grape Growers Assoc.
	·  Paintings have been donated and raffled to raise money for the Kidney Kar Rally, CudgegongValley Public School, Kinross Wolaroi School, Campfires for Cancer, KWS Verandah Restoration, Mudgee Arts Council Gallery Fund Appeal, CareFlight.
	·  Trained Colour and Skincare Consultant by Clinique Cosmetics in California and Colour and  Wardrobe Consultant by Beauty For All Seasons, Brisbane.
	·  Australian Marketing Association seminar with world expert on Lateral and CreativeThinking, Edward de Bono.
	·  Along with the help of the NSW Gifted and Talented Association and other interested parents, founder and Chairman for the first two years of Go Ahead Workshops for Children.  (Conception and implementation of interesting workshops to extend and enrich children outside of school, Science, Drama, Arts, Creative Writing, etc.). Also a presenter for this group since, teaching Watercolour to Children.
	·  Volunteer work, Mudgee Wine Grape Growers Association, Wine Show Committee, and Promotions Committee.
	·  Organized many seminars, dinners, meetings with guest speakers, Field Days workshops, Structured Tastings at Parramatta and Balmoral Wine and Food Fairs for MWGGA.
